A: I have always been interested in it. My parents would take me as a very small child on Sunday drives and we would stop and look at abandoned cabins and I loved finding treasures. As I have gotten older, I still feel that fascination and have acquired an eye that sees possibilities. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I was trying to catch a crab in a hot tub and fell in. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My favorite moment was when a client who had bought a property and then declared it "a DISASTER!" called me a few months later and apologized, telling me it "was the best investment" he ever made and that he "LOVED" it! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I had tempered my expectations for the first 2 years and realized that it takes a while to hit the ground running! Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: It is becoming more and more digital. Marketing has changed drastically and the way that people search and their expectations of Realtors is evolving to reflect that. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
