Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: I have always had a passion for Real Estate. My family  is all part of RE in some shape or fashion.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: We had a famous foot ball player come into an open house I hosted in Plano. It was pretty neat.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: My first three years in real estate I was with a big name brokerage. It was nice and and I meat some of the most incredible people there but it felt like I was at a huge college. Like UT- 1 of 10,000. However, they were suppose to have the best industry training brokerage wise so I stayed and just learned, learned, learned like crazy... Finally I felt like I had learned everything I possibly could from the training so I switched to a more tech-centric something I thought could help propel my career and boy did it! My career blossomed. I went from barely selling 6 homes a year to  the number one agent in Sales volume of my whole McKinney office 2019 & 2020. As we finished Q3 and the rankings came out I am still number 1 in volume for our McKinney office for 2021 as well. It has been such an honor to lead the McKinney agents and be able to help so many amazing families achieve home ownership. I fall in love with every family I am lucky enough to assist and it is truly an honor to get to serve them.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: Make a plan and follow it. Dont try to reinvent the wheel.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: There have been a lot more ibuyers that have entered the market which makes it more difficult for first time home buyers to purchase a home at a fair price.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: The most challenging part of my job is having to tell clients that a seller has gone with another offer. It doesn't get easier- ever. I tried to look at the bright side though and always tell my client that the right one is just around the corner! :)

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

 A: Professional Home Match Maker.
