Q: What made you become interested in real estate?

A: I wanted to be my own boss.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Nothing too crazy but getting buyers​​​​​.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: Just recently, I had buyers with an I-94 work permit. They couldn't find a lender who will give them a loan based on their circumstance. I was able to assist them with that, and now they are living the American Dream and are homeowners.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: Be consistent and continue to learn always.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: At 17 years, I've been through it all. I survived the crash in 2008. We sold a ton of foreclosures. I am prepared for this crash, as I have been through it already.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Being able to keep my pipeline filled up constantly. Also, having to find new lenders as they come and go throughout the years.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: It's hard yet rewarding.
