A: I enjoy how real estate can change lives and create generational wealth.
A: The most interesting thing that happened during an open house that I hosted was that a neighbor came to view the house and told the most AWFUL stories about the house while other people were touring the house.
A. The most heartwarming moment I've experienced in my real estate career, was that I was working with a set of what I would call difficult-to-please clients. It was during the height of the pandemic, and the clients were relocating from New York to Virginia Beach. They had very high expectations and it was during the time when offers were over asking and competition was HIGH. I tried to give these clients to someone else and they refused to work with someone else.
During our search, the wife passed away unexpectedly from cancer. It was heartbreaking because I had begun to enjoy being around this crazy couple. After her death, the husband called me and told me that he appreciated all the work that I had done and that his wife respected me and thought a great deal of me, and that he wanted to continue to work with me and make her dream come true.
A: People are crazy. LOL!
A: Real estate changes constantly. I've seen it go from a buyer's market to a seller's market, to still a seller's market. From a time when we had to hold open houses to sell a house, to where the house sells in 2 days.
A: Dealing with client expectations and meeting them.
A: A customer service agent.
