Despite rising interest rates, clients are still buying homes empowered with the knowledge that they can refinance when rates come back down. Even though certain big-name websites are trying to dominate the market, I've seen how it has backfired on them and driven clients to want to engage with a person and not a computer.
A: I'd say the most challenging part is helping clients balance their excitement with their anxiety since this is one of the biggest financial investments they'll make.
