A: Seeing a need to treat customers better than I was witnessing them being treated.
A: I had a stray neighborhood cat catch and bring a mouse inside, while there were several customers in the home.
A: Being able to help a retired Vet who served in the Vietnam War, buy a home in his 60s when he didn't know he was able to buy. He ended up saving $400 each month because his mortgage was less expensive than renting.
A: Not everything has to be perfect, I just have to care enough about helping others, knowing that kindness will pay off.
A: Being able to watch a small city turn into a big "small" city and see the diversity it brings to the community we live in. I love being a part of the ever-changing world and being an active part in helping others reach their goals and potential.
A: Taking time out for myself. I tend to let my personal life get less attention than my professional life, because I truly am invested in the people I get the pleasure of helping.
