Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

 A: Lived in the area my whole life and love the area.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

 A: Don't know as I have never had anything too abnormal happen.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

 A: "Rookie of the Year" award in the first year in the business.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

 A: How fun it can be!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

 A: It has not changed dramatically but I think the belief is that it is becoming more "disconnected", "virtual", and "online". While all this is true to some degree, it is still the relationships that matter most.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

 A: Finding enough hours in the day (especially in the winters in Iowa where the sunlight hours are shortened dramatically).

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

 A: Love Helping People Every Day.
