A: I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Many people coming to Florida are making a life change and buying dream homes, vacation homes, or retirement homes. I LOVE seeing their faces at the closing table when they realize that achievement!
A: Having someone show up with a casserole for a party that was at a different address and they did not realize they were at the wrong house!
A: When I help a middle-aged lady who I met at an open house who said to me, "no one will help me buy a home". She had a short sale on her record so I introduced her to my mortgage broker who helped her get her credit in order and two short years later we were at the closing table buying her "Forever Home"! She is still in it to this day!
