A: My husband was in construction and I was switching careers and always had an interest in real estate. Not fully understanding just how hard and how much work it takes to be successful as a Realtor.
A: I love when a neighbor comes over, takes a look around, asks questions, and asks to come over and look at their house to list!
A: My clients nominated me for an award for my dedication and willingness to help clean out and clean up homes, or whatever it takes to prepare their home to list. It was a RIS-Media Inspiration award that I received in Washington DC at the National Press Club. Also, we host a big-time client appreciation Halloween party with a live band, cotton candy, costumes, bouncy houses, balloon artists, face painters, and food. We have around 300 people show up for it. So much fun to celebrate with clients!
A: You have to find your service propositions. What can you offer or do that no one else is willing to do? What services can you provide? Find that, market that, and then take care of your clients for all the years to come through events, birthday gifts, baby gifts, etc.
A: The crazy multiple offers we are seeing, low inventory, and discount brokerages.
A: Time management and making time for myself and my own health.
A: Life-changing, if done correctly!
