A: The most interesting thing that happened during an open house I hosted was finding a little alligator in the backyard a few steps away from the patio door!
A: Being the realtor for a family relocating together with their entire extended family in Florida. On closing day, the family reunited, many of whom hadn't seen each other in ten years! Getting to be part of their excitement when handing the keys over to their new official Florida home. A very heartwarming moment in my career for sure.
A: There are a lot of miscellaneous expenses incurred when you begin your real estate career so it is a good idea to have extra saved up when you are a newly licensed agent.
A: I have seen the growth in consumers relying solely on the internet to find homes. How this has over the last 5-10 years continuously changed, how the real estate industry was capturing new customers for homebuying and distributing those opportunities to agents as the demand for leads grew over the past few years quicker than correct systems implemented were in place, I have seen it and most likely it is harder to be a real estate agent now than it might have been previously with in-person connections.
A: Finding a home that checks off every box of the clients' desires over their needs, with inventory low at times in the market.
A: It's the BEST Job ever!
