Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Having the opportunity to help people find their dream home and getting to become a real estate expert as well.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: The most interesting thing that happened during an open house I hosted was finding a little alligator in the backyard a few steps away from the patio door!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: Being the realtor for a family relocating together with their entire extended family in Florida. On closing day, the family reunited, many of whom hadn't seen each other in ten years! Getting to be part of their excitement when handing the keys over to their new official Florida home. A very heartwarming moment in my career for sure.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: There are a lot of miscellaneous expenses incurred when you begin your real estate career so it is a good idea to have extra saved up when you are a newly licensed agent.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: I have seen the growth in consumers relying solely on the internet to find homes. How this has over the last 5-10 years continuously changed, how the real estate industry was capturing new customers for homebuying and distributing those opportunities to agents as the demand for leads grew over the past few years quicker than correct systems implemented were in place, I have seen it and most likely it is harder to be a real estate agent now than it might have been previously with in-person connections.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Finding a home that checks off every box of the clients' desires over their needs, with inventory low at times in the market.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: It's the BEST Job ever!
