A: My mom and grandma were realtors.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Intoxicated people wandering in is always interesting!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: Every closing with anyone who wants to downsize or upgrade their family home or their first real estate purchase… every moment is rewarding!

A: Pre-licensing teaches you nothing about the actual day-to-day job.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: So many ways! Property information is accessible online in a way that it wasn’t 20 years ago. Everyone expects immediate responses regardless of the time or day. People look up individual agent profiles and information instead of walking into or calling a local brokerage.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Trying to navigate difficult personalities.
