A: It has always been my passion to help others achieve life goals.
A: On my very first open house, I was sitting in my car getting ready to open the home and the wind grabbed my open door and slammed on my leg that was hanging out. I limped around the open house helping buyers and after, went to the emergency room. I had a broken femur.
A: I was featured in "Top Agent" magazine. In my first year in real estate and throughout I have won numerous awards.
A: I wish I had known how to identify which buyers were serious instead of wasting so much time working with those who were not.
A: The real estate industry is a continuous ebb and flow. It is forever changing between a seller's market and buyer's market. I have experienced how changes occur in the economy and interest rates. I don't feel it has changed in any one significant way, rather it changes and shifts with what is going on in the world. The most impactful event that truly changed the market is the covid pandemic. That has been the biggest change in any market I have seen in over 20 years.
A: I believe the most challenging part of being a realtor is working with clients who have no idea what they want and are constantly changing their direction. It is important to be able to make those changes with them and anticipate what one can do as a realtor to help them make the best decision for their situation, always keeping their best interest at heart.
A: Helping others is very rewarding.
