Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Money.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Had a client who wanted to put an offer on the house I was showing for another agent.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: It is always helping out the first-time home buyer who is either from another country or has worked hard to get to this point.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: Simply wish I had done this at the beginning of my work career.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Starting before the pandemic and going through that and now on the other side. I feel I have gotten to see the ebb & flow of the buyer & seller pendulum shift and what it means when one says: "This is a seller's market" or vice versa.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: When you can't get someone approved for a home loan or when they end up going elsewhere (other agent) when you simply wished they would have used you or did not realize they could.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Wonderful helping people achieve dreams.
