Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: There was no power and it was dark and cold - I almost thought I should leave a note that it was canceled - but decided to stay. It was the busiest open house I have ever hosted and the property was under contract the next day!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: My favorite moment was not the biggest sale -- but the smallest.. to a man that had saved every day of his life to have a home of his own for his family. At the closing, he paid cash for his new home in tears because he could not believe his dream has come true. It still makes me cry!

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How hard it would be!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: I started just after the crash of 2008, so the market has seen significant price increases. It has also seen a big leap in the number of Real Estate Agents!

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Lead generation! I am very soft!!

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Organized, attentive, compassionate, driven, knowledgeable.
