Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Going through the process with my fiance!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: The most heartwarming and proud moments are helping first-time homebuyers become homeowners. I absolutely love that feeling we all have at the closing table. Also, helping homeowners become Investors!!! That is another proud moment to witness generational wealth building.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: The list goes on and on!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: When I sold my first home Feb 2018 to my best friend, she wrote a full-price offer sight unseen because the market in her area was pretty hot. Fast forward 3 years to now we are still in a hot sellers market only it has become more competitive. Still writing offers sight unseen but this time for $5,000+ over the asking price.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Time Management. This career is very demanding. It is hard to juggle all of the things that Realtors do, and if you do not manage your time well, you will work 24/7 because there is ALWAYS something to be done in Real Estate. I am very intentional with my calendar these days.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Tough, but rewarding!
