Experience: 4 years. Licensed since 2014 Specializations: Residential, investment, and vacant land Areas Served: Baraboo, Sauk County, and South Central Wisconsin Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: My broker was a family friend and was my main influence for starting real estate. My personal real estate transactions were challenging and unique and that intrigued me to learn more about the process behind the scenes. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Within a six month period I had two closings take place at a hospital. The first was a sale completing a client's final wishes during the final stages of hospice. The second was a purchase for a family who closed hours after giving birth. Both transactions completed the client's goals in life-changing ways. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: The amount of emotional attachment that is involved with the job and clients. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I have witnessed a full transition from a buyer's market into a seller's market. An abundance of homes on the market begging for buyers to a shortage of inventory and multiple offers the first 48 hours on MLS. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Keeping the client calm and reacting with reasoning not emotion. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Psychologist, marketing, chauffeur, hero and villain.
